Marcos Sáenz was born in Huehuetenango, Guatemala since his childhood he has been exploring and studying distinct spheres of culinary delight.
With a background of classic cuisines Chef Marcos enchants our guests with culinary creations and delicious experiences inspired by Guatemala.
Through years Marcos has journeyed the culinary realms of Mexico, Guatemala, and Spain.
After following his passion for fine cuisine, back to Europe once again, he worked at the renowned Mugaritz restaurant in San Sebastián, ranked with two Michelin Stars. As an avid learner and an adventurous eater Chef Marcos’s passion includes elevating local organic produce and surprising guests’ palates.
